The Director will develop, implement, and expand alumni resources and services and outreach to enhance graduates’ success in rapidly changing economic landscapes supervise the development and delivery of career-related professional development programs and workshops for students (including a focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion topics and strategies) arrange on-campus recruitment and interview opportunities and oversee the Career Center Web site. The Director will develop and manage relationships with potential employers attractive to and suited to the needs and interests of art and design students and alumni. The Director works collaboratively with key constituencies including the Office of Academic Affairs, students, academic departments, employers, graduate schools, and alumni, supporting a comprehensive career development program and excellent job initial destination activities for students and alumni. This position coordinates the Center for Career Services program development and goal-setting efforts that align with the College’s Strategic Plan.
